Our family comes from a line of vine
growers since the 19th century.
Our resumption of the vineyard in 1990 allowed
a progressive return to the biological culture
then in Biodynamie since 1998.
We cultivate a vineyard of 15 hectares of frank Cabernet
and 5 hectares Chenin.
The mineral, animal and vegetable preparations, herb teas
of nettles, presles and willows accompany the traditional
treatments.
The wild putting under grass, without shearing allows the
biodiversity, necessary to the good balance of the vine and
the ground, to develop.
The total absence of trimming of the vines in summer, reinforces
the immunity of the plant.
The delicate hoeings under each stock
supplement the care taken to our vineyard. |
