Vines in conventional
culture |
|
April |
|
| After a winter of rest, the grass has
invaded the entire ground and in April, we delimit the
party who will be working under the row of vines. |
|
There was no more life in the soil
and wood size is no longer broken. |
| |
|
|
|
May |
|
| The vines are worked under the row:
they are not plowed back to the ground not to mix the
layers of earth. |

June |
|
| Enherbement natural mowed. More than
200 different varieties of plants in each row. This
variety gives a multitude of different flowers from
March to September a variety of scents and insect predators
of insect pests in the vineyard. |

|
| Our vines are not cropped. The vine
is a liane, and we roll each arm around a wire so as
not to hurt and to avoid disease. |
