| VINIFICATION |
| Grapes harvested by hand, destemmed and macerated three days only, then spontaneous fermentation tank without yeast. No livestock, bottling in January. |
| TASTING |
| The Pinault d'Aunis, although a native of Saumur has totally disappeared from our region. Vinified in red light, it's a real thirst for wine, easy, only 11.5 ° alcohol, slightly peppery, a treat! |
