Yield 35 to 40 hl per hectare depending on the year

| THE SOIL |
Limestone, typical of this part of the Saumur area,
which retains moisture and allows hydration during the
vegetal cycle of the plant.
|
| VINIFICATION |
Manual harvest, selection of the ripest grapes, very
slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast, in oak
vats but for only part of the must.
Matured on fine lies with the natural carbonic gas (carbon
dioxide) until bottling. The storage is in our huge tuffeau
caves.

| DEGUSTATION / TASTING |
This white wine reflects one expression of the Chenin,
dry but round and well balanced.
