Young vines planted in 1992
Yield 35 to 40 hl per hectare depending on the year
THE SOIL
Very hard stone from jurassic soil.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest, selection of the ripest grapes, very slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in vats.
Matured on fine lies with the natural carbonic gas until bottled, the storage is in our huge “tuffeau” caves.
DEGUSTATION / TASTING
Very dry white wine which reveals the minerality of this soil.
A good wine for keeping.
