| VINIFICATION |
Manual harvest, selection of the ripest grapes, very
slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in vats.
Matured on fine lies with the natural carbonic gas until
bottled, the storage is in our huge tuffeau
caves.

Very dry white wine which reveals the minerality of
