the Saumur area, which retains moisture and allows hydration
all year long, ideal conditions for the vegetal cycle.

| VINIFICATION |
This wine is entirely produced in our own cellar. A
very rich crop, all sorted, pressed immediately and racked
off the must, no sulphur is used.
Second fermentation in the bottle with natural sugar.
At least 36 months on lattes in our huge caves.
