| THE SOIL |
A blending of two parcels on limestone. (turonien)

| VINIFICATION |
Harvest extremely sound, selection of the ripest grapes,
very slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in
oak vats for part of the crop. Long maceration, minimum
30 days.
No filtration.
Ready to be sold after 18 months in the bottle, matured
in our cellar.

We have used the administration number of this village
253
We are now allowed to use this NEW appellation for the
vintage 2006.
