| THE GRAPE VARIETY |

Cabernet Franc 100%
Different small parcels from 10 to 30 years old.
Yield around 45 hl per hectare

| THE SOIL |
A blending of the very hard stone from jurassic soil
and the turonien (limestone) soil.
|
| VINIFICATION |
Harvest extremely healthy, selection of the ripest grapes,
very slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in
vats. Short vatting for 8 days.
Matured in vats for 6 months before bottling.
No oak. No filtration.

| DEGUSTATION / TASTING |
A ruby colour, with red fruit aroma. Can be drunk chilled.
