Cabernet Franc 100%
wines 22 years old.
Yield around 40 hl per hectare
THE SOIL
A 5.25 hectare parcel on jurassic soil, which gives this “cuvée” a good acidity, guaranteed to keep well with good ageing potential.
VINIFICATION
Harvest extremely sound, selection of the ripest grapes, very slow pressing. Fermentation with natural yeast in vats. Long maceration of 30 days.
No oak. No filtration.
Ready to be sold after a few years of maturing in our cellar.
DEGUSTATION / TASTING

A very deep colour, fine tannins and good minerality.
We recommend opening the bottle a few hours before needed or to decant the wine prior to tasting.
